About two decades ago, Mikhail Brodsky set out on a mission to foster a community centered around the rich traditions of Greco-Roman-German communal bathing and Russian-Finnish steaming art at Archimedes Banya in San Francisco. The success of the banya propelled him towards the next chapter – sharing his life's journey and introducing Archimedes enthusiasts to countries with vibrant communal bathing traditions, showcasing the unique excellence of Archimedes saunas and steam rooms.

In May 2023, the inaugural Archimedes Tour marked the dawn of a new era. Fifteen passionate individuals explored four countries – Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Estonia – immersing themselves in the culture of communal bathing across Europe. The tour didn't just create shared experiences; it transformed strangers into friends, weaving unforgettable memories through communal bathing rituals, shared meals, and sightseeing adventures.
